Before the Demo/Workshop 

STEP 1 - Download Zoom on Your device le Pay

We recommend joining the event using a tablet/PC/Laptop to ensure you can see the artwork and brushstrokes clearly. 


STEP 2 - Create Your Own Account and Sign In*

To sign up for your own free account, visit zoom.us/signup and enter your email address. You will receive an email from Zoom (no-reply@zoom.us). In this email, click Activate Account.

STEP 3 - Personalize Your Profile* 

You can update your profile by adding a profile picture, set your time zone, update your password and more. Detailed information is available on Zoom's website here.

*STEP 2 & 3 are required only if you are joining us for a workshop, and optional for demos.

STEP 4 - Start a Test Zoom Meeting

You can join a test Zoom meeting to familiarize yourself with Zoom and test your microphone/speakers before joining a Zoom meeting. Visit zoom.us/test and click Join.

During the Demo/Workshop

STEP 1 - Join the Zoom Meeting

Your meeting link will be sent to you at least 24 hours prior to the event. Click the join link in the email. You can also click Join in your Zoom client and enter the meeting ID. More information is available on Zoom's website here

STEP 2 - Enter the Password 

The Zoom meeting invite from PWCS will also include a meeting password. You can find this password in the invitation listed below the dial-in numbers and meeting ID. If asked, input this password to join the meeting. 

Note - When you join, you may be asked to wait in a meeting room. The meeting host will admit you to the meeting at their earliest convenience but there may be a short lag. 

Additional Information 

  • A PWCS representative will act as the meeting coordinator so that the guest artist can focus fully on painting and teaching.
  • You will be muted by default once a demo starts. If you have any questions, please use the chat feature to ask your question.
