Glimmer of Hope by Christopher Leeper

Topics for this demo include: Technique fundamentals (Things I wish I knew 30 years ago); The first half-hour of a painting (Make it or break it); Values (Why value is more important than color in your painting); Color mixing (Since this is a summer subject, we will spend time discussing the mixing of green by identifying color temperature, intensity, and value. Spend more time painting and less time mixing); and Composition (If it feels right, it probably is right).
