Radhika is a signature member and the President of the Philadelphia Watercolor Society, a signature member of the Pennsylvania watercolor Society, associate member of the American Watercolor society, The American Impressionist Society and the National Watercolor Society.
I joined the PWCS Board as the Corresponding Secretary and that position got my feet wet into the behind the scenes working of the organization. When I was approached by Deena Ball, the past President to take over her job, I was completely overwhelmed. But then I decided to take up the challenge and I am so glad I did. Not only did I get the vast experience of running one of the oldest Watercolor Societies but it has given me the chance to make great friendships, meet top artists and network with so many people across Art Societies. It has also given me a huge opportunity to try out new things in order to give various art activities to members. It has been a very satisfying experience overall.
