Please read all of the following information before completing your PWCS 2016 International Exhibition of Works on Paper show submission

If you are currently a PWCS Member, login in before starting your registration by clicking here. Return to this event listing, click register now in the left sidebar.

If you are currently NOT a Member of the PWCS, follow instructions by clicking on the link at the bottom of this paragraph. Follow prompts to enter your contact information, to join and confirm, through to the My Profile screen. Then go back to the Event screen and click on Register, now in the left sidebar. Join as a Non-Member Exhibition Applicant.

Please take a moment while you are logged in to review your member profile and update your personal contact information: Name, Address, Phone Number(s) and Email Address. Thank you.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log-in or sign-up
1. members can log-in with this link
2. non-members can sign-up as a Non-member Exhibition Applicant with this link
Return to this events page, and click "register now" in left sidebar
Fill out registration form with details
At the bottom of the form, click the "upload image" link
A new browser tab opens, upload your image(s)
Once uploaded, close that browser tab to return to registration
Now click the checkbox next to "upload image" link
Click "next" button to continue
Select "pay online" to complete your registration payment
If applicable, pay your membership renewal dues here

Instructions for Digital Images

When naming your JPG files, indicate entry A or B followed by title and .jpg file name extension. (Example: A - Happy Memories.jpg). Digital submissions not following this naming standard will not be accepted for jurying. Digital entries must be JPG format with a resolution of 300 dpi.

Image size should be 1000 pixels on the longest dimension.

Entries should show image only, no mat or frame.

Frequently Asked Questions

After registration, go to https://pwcs.wildapricot.org/Sys/Profile and click on "Invoices and Payments" to view your invoice or complete your payment. If applicable, membership dues should be renewed separately on your profile page.
